Counseling Services for individuals, couples, and families

  • Individual Counseling

New Hope offers a variety of counselors and counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children.

  • Couples and Family Counseling

New Hope works with couples who are dating, engaged or married. Family counseling includes crisis counseling, family functioning, marital dynamics, and divorce recovery.

  • Storied Lives - Groups for Men and Women

Storied Lives offers separate group experiences for men and women interested in exploring patterns of how they lean into their lives or who are feeling stuck in their present struggles. The group creates space for digging deeper and allowing God to speak, and experiencing the healing power when other participants listen and engage with our experiences in a different way. Learn more about this group here.

  • Support Groups

Men's and Women's Depression and/or Anxiety Support Group- New Hope Counseling offers two separate support groups- one for adult men and one for adult women. The groups will meet twice a month on Saturday mornings from 10 to 11am. These two groups are for people who experience depression and/or anxiety and think they would benefit from a support group. The groups will be a time to come together with our array of experiences to find understanding and comfort from fellow sufferers as we speak about our day-to-day struggles. There is no fee to participate.

If you have any questions about any of our groups, please email Jeff Nottingham at
