Storied Lives

Storied Lives is for men and women interested in exploring patterns or who are feeling stuck in their present struggles. The group creates space for digging deeper and allowing God to speak, and experiencing the healing power of other men and women listening and responding differently to our experiences.

Groups for Men and Women

Through the writing and sharing of personal stories in a group setting, we come out of hiding and begin hearing what God wants to say to us about our stories. Opening these stories to others brings them to the Light of the Father for Him to offer hope and redemption to our present lives. We see God’s desire and delight to do this kind of healing throughout Scripture.

In Storied Lives, 4-6 participants meet for a total of 15 weeks over the span of five months. The group meets in five week sessions with three week breaks in between. During each five week session, members of the group write, submit and share a memory that is written as a narrative. Instructions about what type of story and how to write the story are given. Specific training and teaching also accompanies each session so that stories are treated with honor, thoughtfulness and kindness. The group is hosted at Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Separate groups are offered for men and for women.

Groups are lead by Carrie SinsabaughKaylin Vincz, and Jason Pogue
